Irq_l help needed system crash

CAN someone please make sense of this for me I'm new to
all this, I keep

getting an error message Irql_not_less_or_equal .
I think its a hard ware problem but I don't understand
the tech bit . It

reads,

(0x802B76B4, 0x0000001C,0x00000000,0x806b3386)

AM I RIGHT IN THINKING PARAMETER 2 IS THE IRQL AND IF SO
WHAT DOES 1c MEAN?

is that meaning what ever is on irq 1 is the problem
hardware ? HELP!

It only seems to happen when games are being played.
my systems spec is
gigabyte ga-7vtxe mother board
athlon 2400xp
1.5 gig ddr 266 pc2100
winfast agp geforce3 ti-500 grafics
pci creative audigy 5.1 platinum
