Hi I am writing because I need help. I had a guy come to
my house to fix my computer and in the process he screwed
up my computer. I can no longer shut down my computer by
going to the start menu and continueing from there. I
need to know how to fix it so that I am able to shut it
down from the start menu. If you can help, please do
