On or around 5/1/2003 (I'm guessing) I down-loaded and
installed an XP upgrade file and the system performance
immediatly degraded. File opens can take up to 1 full
minute now. I don't know which upgrade it was, but
Microsoft needs to know about it. I work at a call
center and am now getting performance issue calls that
describe the problem on my computer exactly. Once again,
file opens that used to open instaniously now take up to 1
minute and longer.
