Outlook Express Hung / Can't deinstall

My XP machine crashed and now when I run Outlook Express
6 it doesn't respond but just hangs. SHows that the
processor is runnign at 100% in the msimn.exe
application. Can't seem to deinstall IE and OE so that I
can reinstall them. How can I deinstall and reinstall
them. Going into remove programs doens't seem to do
anything.

Any advice appreciated.
