error caused by driver

I keep receiving message:error caused by device driver. I
reported error to microsoft and reply stated error may
have occured if I added new hardware or new software. I
have not added anything in either category. The message
is coming on every time I start computer. Says computer
has recovered from a serious error. Anything I can do to
track this down. Thanks

Try updating the drivers for your video card , zip drive and wireless mouse
if you have them. Microsoft had a new driver for Nvidia cards,in their
windows update, if that's the video card that you have. This resolved the
problem for me.
