My Monitor- Screen Is Shaped Like A Pincushion

My screen and every window I open look like the Pincushion
in the monitors menu. I can't change it or fix it, I have
tried everything!
I get my desktop and its all caved in with black
surrounding it.
It's a brand new monitor "HANSOL 730E"
Can anyone help.
