Lexmark X73: No Color

Color won't print under all circumstances: test page, clean heads, alignment, no color.Have contacted Lexmark Help, went thru all their steps; still no color. They sent me a new cartridge; no color. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, gone thru the whole drill, still no color.

Lexmark Help advised me not to take it to a repairer, which would cost more than a new printer. Is there anything electrical or mechanical I can do inside the machine myself? ]

No. Get a new printer and try to avoid the same manufacturer.
