having a problem with update when I click on scan for
updates when it says 100% complete it tells me no updates
are available at this time though I know there should be
something as I never installed service pack 1 only the
indervidual files as and when I ran update
there is nothing under windows (greyed out) and nothing
in drivers
view installation history is grey out as is personlize
windows update
any one any ideas as why update is not working for me
