All been having problems deleting my administrator's
password. Below is what we have tried so far. Thanks much
to all the people who have responded thus far. Not sure
how to start-up in safe mode. Whoever can help this would
be greatly appreciated.

Start-up in safe mode, and sign on using the system's
Admin. account. This should allow you to delete your
password.
:-) Good Luck!

Reboot and hit F8 as the machine is going through the boot process. You may
have to repeatedly press F8 to catch it or you may need to practice this a
coupla times to get it right. Once you get it right, you'll be presented
with a selection of boot options including safe mode. Just select that.
Good luck.
