Those applications are not part of Windows XP, or any
previouse version of Windows for that matter. You must
purchase them. You can buy individula elements such as
Word, Excell, etc. Or you can buy an Office Suite that
includes several. Have a look at Microsoft Office website
to see what's included in the various versions.
