I would like to backup my hard drive to cd's. I have a
problem though, I cannot find the backup wizard under
system tools so I can do this. All I can see is the
restore point tool.

How do I go about getting the file backup or restore
wizard to run or work?

I hope someone can help. I have a XP book and they show a
backup wizard and also a restore point tool , but I can
only see one of them.

Please someone help me so I can backup my hard drive to a
cd disc!

Thanks!!!!!!!!!

You have to manually install it from xp cd. This MSKB article explains it
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;302894

You'll need a retail xp cd or full version OEM copy.

Xp Backup program will not go backup directly to CD or
DVD, (you'll see an "invalid path error) you have to
create the backup on C: then burn to D:

For some reason, MS won't allow it or is not able to do
it.
