I am trying to burn files to a CD-RW as a back-up. Some
folders won't copy. The error message says, "Files in
use. Access denied. " And then it says to close the files
and try again. None of the files are open, and Microsoft
Word is closed when I try to do the back-up. Then when I
try to delete the folders from the D drive, I am unable to
do so and the same error message occurs. Thus there they
sit waiting to be "written" to the CD-RW. Any suggestions
would be appreciated!!! Please feel free to send an email
