My fans runs ALL the time, it never shuts off. What
could I do>/?

Stay cool.
Which fan? There are at least two (CPU and power supply) and probably more.
Most of em run all the time. That's what they're there for.
It's not a problem.
What could you do? Well you could disconnect it/them but you'd be sorry.
If the noise is getting you down, there are alternative silent heat
dissipaters but they're bulky and difficult to install.
What else could you do? Buy yourself some noise-canceling headphones.

Tonya,

The fans are there to keep the CPU, power supply and other components from
getting too hot. If they shut down while the machine is still running it
won't take long until your CPU will permanently "self destruct"!

There are quieter fans and power supplies if noise is the issue. Antec makes
their TruePower line of quieter power supplies. Similarly, PC Power and
Cooling makes quiet power supplies.

Antec makes a line of quiet fans, which I installed in my machines.
