accidental delete

i accidentally deleted something i really wanted. i was
on Limewire which is a music download place and i
accidentally clicked delete files on accident thinking it
said delete unfinished files. well to make a long story
short i lost all my music files and dont have them on cds
yet and was wondering if anybody knew how to retrieve
those files back any way. please let me know, i would
really appreciate it. thanks a lot
