I've run into a very strange problem since installing XP (Home) SP2 ... I
have 4 user IDs for our family, all set up as administrator. After I updated
to SP2, only 1 of the 4 works completely. The other 3 have the following
same problems: 1) cannot run IE ... get the "Action Canceled .. Page not
Found" message 2) cannot access any websites (see #1) ... we are able to
sign on to AOL and do things like check our mail, but anytime that we try to
go to a webpage, we get the IE error 3) we get a Common Client User session
error 4) Norton Antivirus 2004 shows that "Autoprotect = Off" and "eMail
Scan = Error" and we cannot reset these.

None of these problems are there with the 1 user ID that is working. I've
tried deleting IDs and adding new ones, I've uninstalled NAV and reinstalled
.... nothing changes.

Any suggestions?

I have had the same problem a few weeks back, had to reformat and reinstall
windows, worked fine.
