Add/Remove XP Hot Fixes?

I have about a dozen files called Windows XP Hot fix...
all 20.55MB with different numbers. Do I need to keep
all of these or only the most recent?

Hotfixes are the updates downloaded and installed from the
Windows Update website. They should not be uninstalled
since it would uninstall the actual update installed in your
computer.

However, if you wish to remove the "uninstall files" for the
Hotfixes and cleanup your Add/Remove Programs list,
visit MS-MVP Doug Knox's site for instructions.
