Question for Microsoft

Hi, experts of Microsoft!
Why fax program in Windows XP Professional doesn't support ISDN lines.
Is this to difficult for Microsoft to do this or is ISDN to small world use.

Pardon me Russ, it means (in plain English) that the Fax app has
to use the phone with a dial-up to access the recipient's Fax number.

I know that Microsoft Fax support analog lines, but I ask Microsoft
programers is so difficult to make Fax that will work on ISDN line. Why I
must use 3th party software like RVS etc.

I see. Sorry. I misread your post as "DSL" instead of ISDN.
Anyway, since this is a peer to peer group, You won't find answers from
Microsoft in here.
