Clean disk & Kelleys-Korner Help

Could not get clean disk to run. It would freeze up.
I went to Kelleys-Korner and downloaded #48 but when I
tried to open it I got the
following messages: "Are you sure you want to add the
information in C:/windows/disktop/delete~1.reg to the
registery" I selected yes.

Then I got message: "Cannot import
C:/windows/disktop/delete~1.reg: The speciified file is
not a registry script. You can import only registry
files."

Any suggestions?
