View Full Version : Error Shutting Down Internet Explorer

Can anyone please help with this?
Every time I shut down Internet Explorer, I get the
following popup window - "iexplorer.exe - Application
Error"
The instruction at 'memory location 123xyz' referenced
memory at 'memory location 123xyz (i.e. the same
location). The memory could not be read. Click OK to
terminate the program.
Any ideas what's going on and what I can do to fix it?

Are you typing the exact message you see on the screen? The Windows
XP program's correct name is "Iexplore.Exe." If the name you gave
is correct, you may have a Trojan Horse.

Sorry, that's a typo - it's "iexplore.exe"
