sysdump message

while on line playing games, or browsing, frequently my
connection crashes and displays a (sysdump) message. this
often times happen while playing the game Delta Force on
line.... all support techs for the games claim that the
problem originates with Microsoft XP issues concerning
directx types.
any help you could give me in solving this problem would
be greatly appreciated.
