Performing Maintenance "XP"

Is there anyway to perform maintenance for all users
accounts instead of performing maintenance individually?
I have four users and I'm constantly running maintenance
on each account. Seems to me I should be able check scan
disk and defragm one time, instead of doing this on four
accounts individually. Thanks for the help, Jackie

There is one hard drive. Any user with the appropriate rights can
perform maintenance on it. Other users will not be able to delete
personal files in the Documents and Settings subfolders.
