I have Windows XP and have a "ghost" Control Panel entry
for STOMP BackUp MyPC (and a couple of others), but
cannot get "uninstall" to uninstall the program because
it needs a "Backup.msi" file that is nowhere to be found.
This is preventing me from installing an upgrade because
the upgrade (v4.81) detects the old (non-existent) copy
listed in the Control Panel / Registry and fails when the
uninstall process cannont complete because the software
isn't there.
Any ideas on how to fix this (e.g., clean out the
registry or find a "Backup.msi" file)???
