How is the printer shared on the network? Directly or through one of the
Windows 2003 servers?
In our company, we experienced a similar problem with our network printers
(Toshiba eStudio-810 and -35), and we managed to solve it only after we
ensured that the sharing occurs through the server, not directly on the
printer itself.

Ossama
