HELP!!!!

I need to clean out files and defrag. Someone gave me a
sheet for WindowsNT/2000 - but I have Windows XP. Info
stated to go to start - programs - then windows explorer -
I don't have windows explorer in my programs. Said to
look for documents and settings. Can you advise me how
to clean files and defrag with the program I have.
Computer is a Sony Vaio - 6 months old.

To Defrag Open My Computer rt click on Drive Icon and Select
Properties>Tools>Defrag Now.
To Clean Files rt click on Drive Icon and select Disk Cleanup.
