Please help.. WMI Errors

Hi.

I have windows XP professional connected in the domain.
but for some reason it crashes every few mins.. I checked
the event viewer and here are some of the error message.
Please help me..

Error code : 28
Error Source : WinMgmt
WinMgmt could not intiate the core parts. This could be
due to badly installed version of WinMgmt, WinMgmt
repository upgrade failure, insufficient disk space or
insufficient memory.

Error code 43
WMI ADAP failure to connect to namespace \\.\root\cimv2
with following error : 0x80041015

Error code 60
WMI ADP was unable to process the performance libraries
0x80041001

also when I try to open WMI services it gives an error
WMI: transport failure..

I dont know what to do???
