When I go to 'Start' --> "Help and Support" nothing happens. The help screen
never opens. I double checked my installation CD to make sure all of the
correct items got installed and it looked ok. Any help would be appreciated.

Check to be sure the service called "Help and Support" is running. It should
be set to "automatic". This can be checked by running services.msc
(start/run/services.msc)
If you're not familiar or comfortable messing with this stuff, don't change
anything!
