I suggest you try System restore. go to Start/All
programs/Accessories/System Tools/System restore.
Hopefully you will have a system restore point prior to
when Outlook express went wrong. Is it possible that you
could have installed another application that is
interferring with OE? Incidentally when you use system
restore if you have installed any applications after the
restore date you are about to use you will loose them.
You should not loose any data files though.
