For everyone who is having trouble logging as USER, First login as
administrator connect to the internet and go to panda antivirus website and
use their online virus scan to do a virus scan after scan is complete open
up windows explorer right click on your c:\ drive chose properties then
security make sure Administrators, System and users are listed their if not
ad it, then do the same step above for Document and Settings, Programs
Files and Windows directory, then reboot and try logging in under the user
account.
