this pop ups, how i get rid of them???????

Change the Default Home Page for Internet Explorer.
Open internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options,
then alter the Home Page entry - use something like
www.microsoft.com. Click OK and you should no longer be
prompted with popups when you open Internet Explorer.
