Under Fax Configuration we can provide name of a folder where 2nd copy of the
received fax is saved. If I give name of a folder on the local drive then it
saves the 2nd copy there successfully. However if I give name of a mapped
network drive (having full access control) it does not save any incoming fax.

Does any one have a clue whether it is the default behaviour of the Fax
Service or there is some thing wrong that I should look into.

Hi,
you could install Aloaha PDF Suite on the other machine. Aloaha monitor one
printer and print to that monitored printer.
Aloaha will than save you a second copy as PDF and/or email it

Browse to Network Places or give the UNC name for the folder.
