critical update won't download

Hi Sue,
I am having the same problem you are having. Mine
downloads, but won't install and I can't find it anywhere
in the knowledge base. If you can find it in there, it
will download. Have you tried the CatRoot2 fix? I did and
it didn't work on mine. They say it is supposed to work.
Have you been able to get any help with this problem?
I haven't and thought you may have. Have you been able to
find it in the Database? I didn't know if it was just me
or what. Let me know please????

Catroot2 fix should work. Did you reboot after renaming catroot2? I suggest
you try again. After renaming catroot2 do a search for it to make sure it
can't be found.
