Monitor goes blank after 1 hour

Hello,

I am very frustrated here, as of yesterday, my monitor
now goes blank after an hour or so of being idle?

I just did a windows update yesterday and installed
Q817787, does this do something to the monitor?

I have all of the Power Settings turned off in windows
and the BIOS, so this thing should never go blank?!?!?!

I am only using a screensaver and do not want my monitor
to switch off.

Is there another setting somewhere that I missed?
