My Explorer sessions are constantly restarting. After a reboot this
problem will almost always re-occur at some point. What I see is the
lower taskbar and all my icons on the desktop disappear for a sec or
two, then they all come back.
The Event Viewer:Application Entry:
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Winlogon:
The shell stopped unexpectedly and Explorer.exe was restarted.
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Several of my apps which are still running don't return in the
systray, making it impossible to change their settings until I reboot.
I am running Windows XP Professional with SP1 and ALL the updates
available from the Microsoft Update site.
Any help would be most appreciated.
