Hello,
Before installing SP2, I can remove specific hotfix from Add/Remove Program.
After intalling SP2, all the hot fix entries are gone. How can I remove
specific hotfix from the xp??
Please help.

Andrew,

At the top of the Add/Remove Window, make sure the box "Show Updates" is
checked.

You most likely can't. If the hotfix you wish to remove was installed prior
to the release of SP2 (or was installed before it) then it was removed from
your system when you installed SP2, as it (SP2) is an accumulation of SP1
and all subsequent hotfixes. The only hotfixes available for removal
individually will be those released post-SP2.

What hotfix do you think you need to remove - and why?

Andrew;
If the hotfix is incorporated in SP-2, you can not remove it, that is why it
may not be displayed.
If the hotfix is not incorporated in SP-2, you may need to check the box
near the top of Add/Remove Programs to "Show Updates."

I am not sure whether it is before or after SP2. Anyway, I will try the
above-mentioned method. It is simply a tick, nothing to lose.. :)

Thanks for your help.. :>

You've not answered the question: - What hotfix do you think you need to
remove - and why? Someone may be able to assist you without removal being
necessary.

Let me guess, it has something to do with NAV/NIS/NSW...
