SP2 Won't Download

At first I got the error message: "Control ID Not Found." The Microsoft site
said that indicated a conflict with eTrust anti-virus. I run AVG but I
uninstalled it, tried the download again and this time got an error message
reading "The process terminated unexpectedly."

I also uninstalled Spybot, tried the download, same "terminated" message.

Help will be appreciated, please and thank you.

I you have a computer store in your vicinity save your self the
hassle of D/Ling it, ask them for a copy of the SP2 CD.

Get the *network* install version.

Its the entire SP2 file so it will take a while. After downloading, take
note of where if gets saved, shut down any running programs and double
click it to install.
