paging file is not there

my computer says that there is no paging file and tells
me what to do i do it but it doesnt do anythign at all
the graphics are terible somebody please help me and tlel
me wehat to do agian it it says there is no paging file

Do you have Intel's Application Accelerator installed? Look in your =
program listings.

If so uninstall it. Set your page file. Reboot several times to make =
sure that it stuck.

Download the latest version of IAA from the Intel site and install it.
