Hi,
I have a PC with XP and SP2 on. It has a number of children as users all set
to limited. If logged in as a limited user I can no longer use things like
windows explorer or my computer to look for documents. what happens is the
computer hangs for about 10 seconds flashes off and then come back with the
Norton Internet security icon missing from the taskbar. When logged in as
admistrator everything is fine. If I change a user to administrator they are
ok. Also when logged on as administrator I cannot go to system in control
panel. I have done a full virus scan a number of times and everything is
clean. I have cheked for spyware and there is none. I have also run chkdsk
and reinstalled windows with the upgrade option but am left with same
problem.
