I have not been able to connect to the MS Works Home Page for the last day;
I would like to report some improper program behavior to MS. Is there
another way of contacting a responsible party?

http://www.microsoft.com/products/works/default.mspx
That page?
"Works for me!"
And how do you know that the program's behavior is improper?
Have you reproduced the improper behavior on another computer?

"Trustworthy Computing" is only another example of an Oxymoron!

Thanks for the reply. The problem appears to be with Netscape 7.2 browser
which does not make the connection to 'Support' on the works page. I am
writing this by using Internet Explorer 6. The 'improper' program behavior
of which I spoke can be found in KB136320.
