I would like to know how can I improve my systems
performance . Sometimes it operates very slow, and times
the screen sticks and take for ever to come up. What are
your recommendations , do I need to defrag, get memory or
what?
Another poblem I have encounter has to do with windows
media player as when I am trying to acess videos from it
or in general from the net a blue screen comes up telling
me that a error has occured and somthing about Bios
memory, there is also a count up to 100, after this the
system restarts. What is this and how can I rectify this
annoying problem

If you starve us of information it is difficult to advise. Hardware =
details please!
Processor speed, ram memory, hard disk size and free space on hard disk! =
Enter Windows Explorer, place cursor on your C drive, right click and =
select Properties, General. Has your hard disk been partitioned?
Download Adaware from http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/ and =
use it to remove parasites.
How good is your housekeeping?
1. In Outlook Express empty your Deleted Items folder.
2. In Outlook Express run File, Folder, Compact All whilst OFFLINE.
3. Remove Temporary Internet Files by selecting Start, Control Panel, =
Internet Options, General tab, Delete Files and check box for "Delete =
all offline content".
4. Empty Recycle Bin.
5. Run Disk Defragmenter.=20

Hope this helps.
