Shortcut problems

Hi,
I can't get my shortcut keys for the internet to work. I
created new ones and I still have the same problem. It
seems like it's processing, but never opens up the
internet. They used to work, but seems after I use them
many times, they become unable to work. Do you have any
ideas to make them work again?

Try reinstalling the internet software.
