uninstall programs

I have 2(two) programs that I cannot uninstall.PC
Doctor,web position gold. I have tried several times to
remove these programs,I get a message that says,(cannot
locate install log,or install file) What do I do now?
HELP!!!!!!!!!

reinstall them and then unistall them again this message comes up sometimes
if you delete the prgram folder instead of using add remove program, or not
but the cause is it cant find those files so reinstall to put those files
back so it can uninstall them
