System restore

Uhhm? Thank you for the prompt suggesstion however I
can't seem to get to the "Left side" that both posters
are referring to. The program gives me an error message
and the option to send to microsoft. It's
tittled "System Restore Application has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience"

Please advise how to turn off system restore another way.
