Missing dll and in need of a reinstalling, need help with this.

I had a friend install XP Pro on my computer, it works a
lot better then the windows ME I used to have on the
computer. Now i am having one meduim problems with the
OS, I have one issue with windows, that is that I need to
have reinstalled Windows\Systems 32\wisptis.exe and have
the missing "hid.dll" reinstalled. Can anyone help me
