ME Boot Disk Won't Boot Up System Under XP

On bootup screen comes up with,
remove disks or other media.
Press any key to restart.
Any ideas as to why this could be happening.

Enter the BIOS nad make sure it's set to boot from floppy as first device,
and if that fails try making a new boot disk. You can get the files if
required from:
www.bootdisk.com
