Error code 8100359

can't sign into msn messenger. I have been getting an
error code and it tells me messenger is unavailable try
again later. It's been a week and a half now.Have tried
all the fixes msn has sent and none work. Please someone
help!!!! Even tried uninstalling and
reinstalling...doesn't work

Verifed flag 16 was set to yes, changed to no.

you probably have a firewall. Just unblock your msn
messenger and restart your computer.
