I have gone to the "Folder Options" many times. The
problem is in the popup or context menu when I right
click on an object. Windows is taking an action which is
not normal.
If for instance you were to open "My Computer" on your
desktop. You would see the C:Drive. If you left click
it, it opens the desination drive and shows the folders
etc... in that drive. If you right click it, the
popup/context menu appears and you get to choose "Open,
Explore, Search...," and a bunch of other choices.
On my machine the top item in that menu is "Search..."
and therefore it is the primary action.
