Win XP Home Ed. boots fine, asks for user logon
w/password, indicates loading of personal settings,
displays the chosen desktop with NO icons and NO taskbar
present. Absolutely nothing on the screen but the
desktop photo. Right click will not bring up display
menu. All symptoms present in Administrator logon and
well as user.
Any past experience with this problem?
