Next, get rid of AOL and get a real ISP.

Please turn off your Caps Lock. It's considered shouting, is extremely rude
and makes your posting difficult to read.

You do NOT need to be online with AOL to empty your cache. Simply right
click on the IE icon (Internet Explorer) on the desktop and select
Properties. On the first screen, click on Delete Files. Your Temporary
Internet Cache file will now be emptied.

Problem usually related to firewall (mostly McAfee).
Disable your firewall or change its setting to allow Internet access.
