Administrator profile - disappeared

My main Administrator profile has disappeared from my
login screen where my other profiles are. How do I get
this main Administrator profile back so I can logon? It
disappeared after applying a service pack. Please help!!

The Administrator account disappears from the Welcome Screen when you
create other accounts. TweakUI for XP has a setting to allow you to put
Administrator back on the Welcome Screen or you can logoff all users
from the Welcome Screen and press Ctl-Alt-Del,Del and enter
"Administrator".
