scrolling is wavey ???

My scrolling has always been smooth,,I mean I push the
little arrow and it moves along normally,, now all of a
sudden it scrolls in waves, and it is driving me crazy!

Any ideas?

video card and search for Windows XP drivers. Download and install
them.
